Also, radiologist are seen many cases with extensive pulmonary embolism.
Pathology results on 50 #COVID19 cases from Italy: Demonstrated multifocal lung hemorrhage and emphysematous areas with severely engorged pulmonary vasculature, DAD and DIP. Pericardial effusion was always found along with hepatomegaly, RV dilatation and LV hypertrophy.
