Dear armed officers, here is proof that once the tables turn against you for executing your Commanders' unlawful orders, those same Commanders will be the first ones to give you up! In this video, the UPDF Spokesperson says that the sanctions against Lt. Gen. Peter Elwelu are his personal problem, and do not affect the UPDF!
Each day, you have a choice to serve the people of Uganda or to observe Gen. Museveni's unlawful orders and deal with the consequences individually.

Today I celebrate 29years of age, indeed it's a journey that has been worth every bit of.
From when I made the first sound at birth to date it's been goodness and mercy that has followed me.
I celebrate the sweet, happy, sad and lonely moments that I have lived to witness because it's them that built the character many are appreciating today.
To my family, thank you so much for being in every step of my way, I don't remember a day I have walked alone since I started reasoning, you have been strong pillars of hope, joy, courage and unity and this has shaped me so dearly.
To my friends, I appreciate you all you have been the other unsung hero's in my life, spiritually, emotionally, economically and physically you have supported and accommodated me.
Thank you all for the wishes I will continue to be the Frank you chose before and defended with integrity.
