Here is @RealNurseKim telling her audience earlier this year that I got her Venmo suspended. This led to a bombardment of hateful comments from her audience on my tweets. And it was a complete and utter LIE. Her Venmo was likely suspended because she was running an illegal raffle. Kim, to make false accusations is gross. To suggest a likeness of me be put on a piñata so that you and your weirdo followers could bash it is gross. And violent. I am so tired of bad faith actors.

Gloves OFF. This debate was an absolute MASSACRE. Out of respect for my two friends, I honored their wishes and refrained from commenting on Nurse Kim’s disastrous performance. But that debate exposed just how little these grifters actually know about the John O’Keefe case, despite spending YEARS publicly accusing innocent people of murder, smearing reputations, and profiting from the narratives they push. And now? Rather than acknowledge how poorly that debate went, they’re selectively clipping the conversation, stripping away context, and attempting to rewrite what everyone heard for themselves. Go back. Listen to the ENTIRE debate. Share it. Let people hear the difference between knowing the evidence and simply repeating a narrative. Four years of accusations. Four years of profiting from John O’Keefe’s death. And when challenged on the actual evidence? An absolute embarrassment.

Yesterday, while @RealNurseKim went over the Spaces she had done with @TuesdayGazette and @TeamFUKR, she made several misleading statements. Intertwined with commentary about @forensicroom, she made references to being called a "fat c#nt" and being doxxed. A person not familiar with the online discourse in this case might be led to believe that we did those things, just as she did when she publicly, and falsely, blamed me for her Venmo account being suspended. None of the hosts of The Forensic Room or @TeamFUKR have EVER called Kim a "fat c#nt" nor has anyone on the show EVER doxxed her or "come for her family." Kim, however, gleefully participated when I was doxxed by the now defunct Former Trooper Proctor account. She found it oh so funny that personal identifying details about me and pictures of my husband and sons were being posted. Kim, if you would like to know why civil discussion cannot occur in this case it is because the content creators who support Karen Read consistently act in bad faith as you, once again, did yesterday. You should apologize. I have more screenshots of your behavior.

Three hours before kickoff today, the visiting fans set up tents at an elementary school outside Orlando and started unloading thousands of pounds of food. None of it was for them. All of it was for students at the school they came to play. The visitors were BYU. The food goes to the Knights Helping Knights Pantry at UCF, which started in 2009 as a class project and is now run by students for students. Last school year it gave out more than 185,000 pounds of food across nearly 60,000 visits. About 400 UCF students walk through it on an ordinary day. Roughly 35% of UCF students say they deal with some level of food insecurity. BYU fans have been doing this at road games since 2019. They call it Cougs Care, and the local alumni chapter picks the charity in whatever city the team is playing in. Last November in Lubbock they ran a book drive with Texas Tech fans for Literacy Lubbock. It was supposed to be one tailgate. It turned into a week. Here is what the Texas Tech side said about that. "Everyone wanted to help, so we decided to make this a weeklong event." They collected more than 6,000 books. Andy Reid went to Brigham Young University. Patrick Mahomes went to Texas Tech. Both of them pushed it online. In Ames, Iowa they collected coats, shoes and blankets, and they did it in the name of a man from Des Moines named Charles Good, who in 1856 gave new boots to a group of children walking west. They were paying back a stranger 169 years later. At East Carolina they filled the Purple Pantry with more than 5,000 pounds. Tyler Stahle of BYU posted pictures from under the tent in Oviedo this afternoon while the food was still coming in. Last season the whole thing brought in 76,500 pounds, which was 15 times what it collected the year before, and the number of people taking part doubled to 26,500. The last time BYU played in Orlando, two years ago, fans left about 2,000 pounds for this same pantry. The tailgate was open to both sides, and UCF fans came and gave to their own pantry alongside them. Be honest about the size of it. One tailgate does not fix a campus where a third of the students are short on food, and the University of Central Florida is one of the largest schools in the country. The drive is also run by BYU's own alumni association, which means it is good for BYU too. And the pantry is not the only thing on that campus that needs filling. BYU lost today. UCF won 39 to 31 in double overtime. The food was already stacked on the tables by then. The cans were counted, the bags were loaded, and none of those people knew yet whether they had driven across the country to watch their team lose. They handed it over before they knew. When was the last time somebody did something for you with nothing in it for them. Thanks to @tstahle15 for sharing this story!

If someone asks you how much a single family's life is worth to the United States Navy, tell them the exact price: ten million dollars of steel. On April 29, 1975, as Saigon fell, a tiny two-seat wooden-and-fabric Cessna plane with almost no fuel left circled desperately above the American aircraft carrier USS Midway. Inside that tiny cockpit, a father named Major Buang-Ly had crammed his wife and five small children, including a baby. He scribbled a note on a map, wrapped it around his pistol so it would not blow into the ocean, and dropped it onto the carrier deck. A young American sailor picked up the crumpled paper and ran it up to Captain Lawrence Chambers. The note read: "Can you move these helicopter to the other side, I can land on your runway, I can fly 1 hour more. Please rescue me. Major Buang, Wife and 5 child." The flight deck of the USS Midway was completely jammed from bow to stern with military helicopters. A Cessna has no tailhook to catch carrier wires, and its pilot had never landed on a ship in his life. By every military regulation, Captain Chambers had been in command for only five weeks. Throwing millions of dollars of U.S. government aircraft into the sea without permission from Washington could end his career in a court-martial. Chambers looked up at the tiny plane circling in the wind with five children inside. He did not call an accountant in Washington. "Clear the deck," the captain ordered. Hundreds of young American sailors in yellow and green jerseys ran to the edge of the ship, put their shoulders against massive Huey helicopters, and shoved ten million dollars worth of machinery straight off the cliff into the South China Sea. Captain Chambers turned the giant carrier into the wind at twenty-five knots. The tiny Cessna came down, bounced once on the steel runway, and rolled to a safe stop with feet to spare. When the cockpit door opened and five small children stepped out onto the deck, three thousand American sailors roared so loud it drowned out the engines, and immediately passed around a hat to collect cash for the family's new life in America. When the math says a child's life is too expensive, an American throws the math into the ocean.

What an interesting marketing strategy. He takes the hatred he has spent years cultivating toward the Alberts and McCabes and turns it into a selling point to move tickets. This is just further proof he knows exactly what he's done. He understands that the hostility he's helped generate toward these families can be monetized and he's using it to his advantage. He's not just profiting from the controversy he's helped create. He's actively using that hostility as a marketing tool to generate even more revenue. As we've already seen in some of the filings, that connection between the harassment, the audience he's cultivated, and the financial incentive to keep it going is something the attorneys are already examining very closely. Add this tweet to the pile of exhibits.
Got hit with this bill today. This is a big reason why I’m doing the Shubert show. This is what it costs to expose corruption, peacefully protest, save an innocent person from prison, keep myself out of jail, and tell the truth. Every single ticket sale goes directly to this. They are trying to do everything possible to stop this show from happening. We can’t let the McAlberts and the Commonwealth win. But your tickets today!! ticketmaster.com/event/01006…

Reminder in March 2021, Dr. Capo Martinez, who performed Sandra's autopsy for the MA Office of Chief Medical Examiner had ruled both Sandra's cause of death and manner of death as "pending." But Canton police told her aunt ON February 4th she took her own life and troopers assigned to Norfolk County DA determined their investigation was a "suicide" that same day. Which is very unusual for an unattended death. It will be interesting to hear her testimony next week. We have heard testimony that Norfolk County CPAC hosted a police conference at MSP headquarters in 2019, one that then Detective Farwell attended. One OCME presentation included instructions for investigators for evaluating hanging mechanics.
