Playing infield will demand athletes to be versatile. Train the good the bad and the ugly. My goal is to provide as many options as I possibly can. These play option paired with trust, will lead to Elite Problem Solvers with total Creative Freedom to compete task.

There is real pride in seeing your guys take their practice into the game. Tags on stolen base attempts is a high priority skill for Husky infielders. It’s our job to record the out. With pre catch body manipulation to narrow the catch to tag distance.

Don’t like ur HS coach, transfer! Don’t like ur JUCO coach, transfer! Don’t play enough at a school, transfer! Don’t like ur travel team, find a new one! Don’t like ur role, quit! What on God's green earth are we teaching our kids? Stop it! Be resilient, plant roots, and fight.

Baseball is not an equal opportunity sport. The best players play. Especially true for HS level/up. Never met a coach in my 29 years of coaching that was trying to lose. Want more playing time? Get better. So good, in fact, that you are the first name written in lineup each game.

Understand your RESPONSE is part of your abilities!
“When you wear that jersey you have to tell your teammate he’s not doing his job. You can’t be afraid to tell someone they’re not doing their job. The person who is hearing that has to accept that and respond,” @RealJasonKidd

Being a great teammate is supporting your teammates when they fail/struggle in games/practice and celebrating their successes! It does not require supporting teammates that are lazy/immature and unwilling to sacrifice for the team. Everyone on a TEAM has a RESPONSIBLITY to TEAM!
