Last week's Y7 trip was an amazing experience for our students. They took part in interactive challenges & tutors were a true inspiration to their classes. Everyone had a wonderful time, setting a positive, confident tone for the academic year ahead!

We were very excited to welcome our new Y7 students today. They had a wonderful time getting to know their tutors & colleagues and tomorrow they're heading out on an exciting school trip - a great opportunity to build friendships and enjoy learning in an environmental setting.

Congratulations to all students on an excellent set of A Level results. 59% of A level examinations were awarded the top A*–B grades and a record 89% of grades were at Distinction* or Distinction. We wish all students the very best for a bright and successful future.

This is a reminder that tomorrow the school day will finish at 12.30pm. We would like to wish all our students, staff and their families a wonderful and restful Summer Break and we look forward to celebrating with our students their achievements on Results Days!

This week students took part in an exciting programme of activities, including trips, workshops, challenges and two competitive sports days. All students showed a lot of enthusiasm and it was great to see how engaged they were in learning new skills.

The English Department hosted the grand annual Shakespeare Fayre last Friday, now in its fourth year! Students were offered a chance to experience the life, times and wonderful works of Shakespeare in a number of immersive ways. It was certainly an experience to remember!
