When in doubt, do more, because doing more will give you more data to be able to make a better decision. If you're in doubt it's because you haven't done enough to know something for sure. So keep going. Uncertainty is healthy and represents opportunity

People don't understand how much the quality of their life is influenced by the quality of their daily routine. They wake up, immediately grab their phones, start scrolling, react to everything around them, and wonder why they feel distracted, exhausted, and disconnected from themselves. They spend their entire day giving their energy away without ever consciously directing it. A man who understands this knows that his mind, body, and spirit must work together. He protects his energy, his attention, and his inner world because he understands that everything he experiences externally is influenced by how he operates internally. He consciously cultivates the thoughts, habits, and environments that support the person he wants to become. He understands that the quality of his thoughts influences the quality of his actions, and the quality of his actions determines the direction of his life. He doesn't blindly follow routines or chase temporary motivation. he experiments, observes, and refines his approach until he discovers what allows him to operate at his highest level. Few people truly understand this mindset. If you want to attract butterflies, you must first build a beautiful garden. Your mind, body, and spirit are that garden. Cultivate them every single day, and watch how differently you begin to experience life.

People don't understand the mindset of a self-directed man. He understands that the fastest way to upgrade his life is to master the life he already has. He does his current work conscientiously, no matter how small, boring, or unrewarding it might be. He knows that before he can ascend to a greater position, he must first master the one he's in. He is willing to overdeliver. he concentrates fully on what is in front of him. He never allows his environment to dictate his thoughts. He protects his inner world because he understands that his mind is the cause and his reality is the effect. He operates from abundance instead of survival. He doesn't compete for a limited share. he creates value and adds to the whole. He understands that his desire to become more is a reason to develop the capacity to become more. He doesn't wait for the stars to align. he masters what is in front of him today. Few people truly understand this mindset. This is the type of mindset that allows a man to transcend his current circumstances.

To free the mind, begin with the body. Lie down COMPLETELY STILL for an hour, and your body will show you where you hold emotion. Every twitch, ache, and energetic surge requires somatic release.

if you want to collapse the timeline between where you are and where you want to be, the 'how' is actually incredibly simple. it takes three steps: 1. align your identity with your desire, 2. create a non negotiable routine that locks that identity in, 3. commit to that routine until your physical reality catches up.

There is no better way to expand your luck surface area than posting content online and meeting others who are doing it. Your rational mind cannot grasp the magic and power within the network effect. You drastically underestimate how much can change in one year of consistency.

I’m 26. Up until now, this is the best advice I can give you. 1. Hit the gym consistently and heavy. There’s no better show of discipline and consistency than building a strong physique. 2. Find someone you can grow with. Nothing beats two people who are on a journey of self-improvement together. 3. Travel. As often as possible. There’s more to life than the same people and the same two bars in your hometown. 4. Expand your mind. Don’t get stuck in your own ways. Let your mind wander. Open it to new thoughts and possibilities. 5. Talk to everyone. Every single person you meet. Say something. Even if it’s small. Networking, conversations, and new people will open up worlds you didn’t know existed. 6. Make uncomfortability your comfort. Get out of your routines. Do the hard shit until discomfort feels normal. Do things that scare you often. 7. Be an optimist. The glass is always half full. Never half empty. 8. Take every opportunity you get. Even if you have no idea where it’ll lead. Better to take the shot and miss than never take it and wonder. 9. Do everything you ever wanted. We’re all going in the end. Better to go out with “I tried” than “I wish.” 10. Cut off everyone you need to. The worst thing you can do is keep people around just because you feel bad. You are the average of your circle. 11. Never stop moving. Don’t stay stagnant. Mentally, physically, financially. Always move forward. 12. Pick something and run with it until it burns out. Go all in on one thing until it’s done. Then pick something else and repeat. 13. Get your money up young. You don’t want to be 50 still grinding. Earn young so you can live free later. 14. Don’t stress. Shit happens. Shit will keep happening. It is what it is. Handle it and move on. 15. “F*ck it, lemme try.” Try everything. Fail, learn, and try again. Some things work. Some don’t. But nothing works if you don’t try. 16. Say no. Don’t be a yes man. Don’t bow down to people. If you wanna do something, do it. If you don’t, don’t. 17. Go your own way. Don’t conform. Figure out where you wanna go and go there. Don’t follow the majority. 18. Get in the trenches. Everything you want is on the other side of hard work. Everything you want comes from doing. 19. Stop asking and just do. Don’t disguise procrastination as “planning.” Just start. The best experience comes from action, not thought. 20. Articulate yourself well. Those with the highest presence know how to express themselves clearly. 21. Take care of number one. You have people you care about, but make sure you’re on top of the list. 22. Don’t take shit. People will test you. People will disrespect you. Don’t tolerate it. Stand your ground. Don’t be a walkover. 23. Be careful what you consume. Everything is programming you. People. Ideas. TV. Music. Curate what goes in your mind so it helps you, not harms you. 24. Learn people. If you understand people, you can get anything.

I’ve probably spent $20k + on coaching, events, and information before the age of 25, and not once have I regretted it - even if the program was not great or perfectly aligned. I have hired friends as mentors, people I disagreed with as coaches, and multiple people from twitter as guides or consultants. Life-changing opportunities, partnerships, jobs, clients, and breakthroughs have occurred every time I invest in myself - with zero exceptions. It’s almost as if it’s a law of the universe that energetic investment in your own development is a catalyst for making it happen. Hire the damn mentor and change your life.
Your next mentor will appear when you act in accordance with the next step on your mission. To think that they will come seek you out is your ego talking. The odds of that happening are very low. The truth is that you’re not as special as you think, and you usually have to go meet them halfway if you want to access them. In many cases (because of the nature of the modern world and global economy), that will require money, time, or work. But what holds many back from ever accessing these mentors is pride, fear, and ego; whereas if they had just a little humility and courage, the trajectory of their life could have changed drastically.

Your most profound ideas will come when, in idle moments, you resist the temptation to check your phone or to passively scroll, and instead sit in boredom and presence. Either you’ll be struck by a download, or your mind will naturally solve a problem (as that’s what it’s designed to do). But you can be sure that if you don’t give yourself the idle space, you won’t get either.

Remember, if you are playing the game of business, you are playing a video game. When we level up in a video game, we naturally seem to embrace and enjoy challenges because we approach them with curiosity, persistence, and a playful attitude. But when it comes to business, we resist and avoid challenges at all costs. If we could simply translate our approach to video games onto business, we would probably be much better players of the game and help way more people.

Learning to sit with tension and uncertainty is the #1 skill you can develop All unnecessary suffering comes from being unable to do this We rush to distract ourselves, control the outcome, seek certainty, or numb the discomfort by grasping at a comforting falsehood But if you remain with the tension long enough, a deep, peaceful knowing replaces it

how to actually get what you want in life: imagine you already have it. imagine youre in love, rich, wealthy, driving that car, in that house, yard full of cows, healthy and energetic. how would you feel? now hold that feeling, live in it before it actually happens and then it will. this is the greatest secret of the universe. you change your inner world to change your outer world. not the other way around we live in a magical, conscious universe. you can have everything you believe you deserve

After reading countless books, I'd say the greatest piece of self help advice is: ask and you will receive, seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened to you. I can think of no words that can transform your life better than these.

Study yourself. Your Patterns. Habits. Compulsions. Trauma. Anxieties. Insecurities. Addictions. Once you see them, the unconscious becomes conscious. And the moment you know what they are and how they control you, you awaken. You become unstoppable.

You need time and space to let the unconscious shoot its tendrils into your conscious mind Most people spend their entire lives running from stillness - chasing some material accolade, endlessly working, looking for purpose, doomscrolling, burning their eyes with blue light Only in the space where nothing is entering your vessel from the external world can you hear the voice of your own inner knowing Your inner world is the only authority you need
