I know the bot has been down for a bit, but I received notice today that its access is officially cut off absent a $5000/month bill. I don't have that, and while the community has been incredibly generous, that's just not raisable sustainably.

Today @TwitterDev announced the timeline for changes to API access. Under the new plan, I estimate that the cost to run the bot will be around $10,000/month, which is not doable by a lone dev with a Patreon.

I've seen a few folks trip over this, so I wanted to explain explicitly. When invoking the bot with *any command* it has to determine your "target" tweet.
It will pick, in order:
1. The quoted tweet for QTs
2. The parent tweet for replies
3. Your tweet with the command otherwise

This also works if you're quoting a tweet rather than posting an image!
If you're using the bot to extract text from your own post, do your "@AltTextUtil ocr" or "@AltTextUtil extract text" in the tweet with the image!
The bot will respond in the usual way, but also folks who need the alt text will know to check the replies 💜

After an almost complete rewrite of the backend, the alt-text.org library is working much better!
Tag the bot with the message "save" on a tweet or reply and it will save the alt text if any to the library. DM it "fetch" with an image to check the library 💜

Bit of a breaking change tonight, but I wanted to get this out of the way. This bot is now @AltTextUtil, as "Crew" doesn't really match its current purpose and was misleading some as to what the bot was able to do.
