Recovery update: I can’t lift weights, but I can absolutely lift a cigar. We’re calling that progress.
The tricep is stitched, stapled, glued, whatever they did in there. I’m fixed. Now begins the long, boring process of pretending I enjoy rehabilitation and convincing the rest of my body that we’re not taking eight months off.
The arm’s a little swollen. On the bright side, I finally have the biggest tricep in the room. On the downside, it’s basically the least fun way to get a pump.
