This was one of the craziest weeks we've seen in the markets this year.
US stocks suffered a massive sell-off, Bitcoin lost key support, and Democrats took control of Congress.
Here's everything that happened this week.
1. President Trump lost Congress as Democrats won control of both the House and the Senate.
2. $3 TRILLION was wiped out from US stocks after a House Democrat called for a ban on AI. Markets suffered their worst crash since the 2025 tariff shock.
3. Bitcoin broke below its 50-week moving average and dropped below $75,000 for the first time in nearly 2 months, liquidating $1 BILLION in leveraged positions.
4. Bitcoin ETFs sold $1.28 BILLION worth of BTC, the biggest weekly outflow in 4 months.
5. Democrats are reportedly planning to investigate President Trump's family's crypto businesses after reports claimed they made $2.3 BILLION.
6. House Democrats are reportedly working on a crypto bill that would give the SEC more power over the market.
7. The White House is reviewing a rule that could allow Americans to invest in Bitcoin and crypto through their 401(k) retirement accounts.
8. Coinbase says the incoming Democratic Congress is more PRO-CRYPTO than before.

Goldman's data shows gross exposure for global long/short funds down 8.3% from its peak. That's the deepest de-grossing in the last ten years, worse than 2016, 2020, and 2022.

⚠️ ALERT: Binance France to close ALL customer accounts by December 31 as the EU’s MiCA licensing requirement forces a wind-down.
The world’s largest crypto exchange told customers its French entity must close their accounts as the EU’s MiCA transition period ended before it secured the required licence.
Deposits are already blocked, but customers can still withdraw their crypto until year-end.
The first deadline is November 29.
Customers must withdraw before then to avoid a monthly fee of 0.025% of their remaining crypto balance or 10 USDC, whichever is higher.
After accounts close on December 31, 2026, Binance may convert or transfer any remaining assets under its terms of service.
Binance confirms customer assets remain accessible during the wind-down.
