Hey @JeromyYYC @RobWardCGY we need to have a chat.. Had to help someone through a mental health crisis at my work today.. after they were dropped in the city by a outside area homeless agency.. 3 1/2hrs of trying to get him help.. Dozens of calls made.. Unfortunately, I Had to call @CalgaryPolice because he wanted to end his life and wanted to walk onto Deerfoot.. Why? Because no one would help him because he had 2 dogs with him.. Guess what? The CPS officer found him help AND took him, his belongings and dogs to where he found him help. We should be better than this.. We NEED to do better than this.. The officer was a rockstar.. But I shouldn't have to spend 3 1/2hrs to try and find someone who's houseless help.

Staten Island deli owner Wail Alselwi has been rewarding students' good grades with cash prizes and free rein to pick anything from his store. Now, he's giving away school supplies ahead of the academic year with the help of his followers on TikTok.

I’m thankful for the work of the diligent Calgary Police officers and ground search teams working around the clock to find Parker. The province has also deployed 74 trained search and rescue personnel to assist in this search. But we need your help. 🚨Calgary - please help assist in the search for Parker. Check your yards, doorbell cameras, garages and other accessible spaces.🚨 Parker is an 11 year old boy, he has autism and is non-verbal. If you see Parker, do not approach him, as he can become easily frightened and may attempt to hide. Instead, keep your distance and contact police immediately.
