Help Save Samlesbury Action Group stop this harmful development on our farmland in the Green Belt. It is not justified. Other housing sites exist in South Ribble. Wildlife habitat would be destroyed and rural landscapes ruined. Not at all sustainable.

Relax planning to convert land to farms? Make farms more productive? Canβt believe I am reading this! We are losing up to 30sqkm of productive Grade1 land in the South alone to housing because Govt have pushed +29% housing numbers into our region, & we just canβt stop this loss.

Ahhhh! My second ever professional publication with @CIEEMnet is out today which I authored with @MarkHChampion and @longdenmik all about restoration of degraded bogs, and how that affects how ecologists should treat them π€©π±
