Paul George on Jayson Tatum:
“We got the ball to the MVP and he took us home.”

Let's just go over the facts:
- Brown says favorite season was when JT tore achilles
- Brown requests trade
- Celtics proceed to trade him
But it's all Tatums fault...
That one’s rough. Can’t be too upset since they played a top end team very well. Drake was fantastic again outside of the pick. You just wish for better defense in the first half, and the O-line to give Maye more time.
Ok, I completely get people picking the bears for this one, cause they are home and we are hit pretty hard with the injury bug, but in what world are we going to lose by 36 based on how Drake Maye has looked these past three weeks?
Even if you never watched baseball in your life, you can tell that this quote is from a person who should not be an owner of a sports organization.
Reluctantly re-signing Cody Bellinger at the last minute before the season status it’s “effort”. Ok.
Hal Steinbrenner was asked if championship-or-bust is still realistic after 17 years: "That is our mission. That is our goal. Yes, we failed at the goal this year, but that is always our goal, which is why we put so much effort and resources into the roster every offseason to field a team that can accomplish that. And I certainly believe we had that team this year. It just didn't pan out."

Big scoop by Weeksey. Believe the Marat Khusnutdinov extension in Boston is for 3 years x $3.95 million AAV.
This is serendipity : per sources, I’m told
it’s 4M AAV on a multi year contract extension for @NHLBruins F Khustnutdinov. #HockeyX
Shame the game ended that way. They deserved more, but an overall incredible road trip. Sweeping California and taking 7 out of 8 possible points on the trip as a whole is just about as good as you can ask for. This team may not quite be a cup contender, but they could be fun.
