I have paid more than 4K to travel in a coach which is no more fit to travel... used by others thrown.. refurbished by Waltair zone and thrown on our vizagities... These new coaches are just in dreams for us Vizag people..#PiyushGoyal #IndianRailways #NarendraModi #PMOIndia
