Disturbing .. how foolish are we to think this will ever change?
Not just in the Middle East, but now, in Europe. This is a crucible moment… It requires strong leadership. Greece must hold the line. Irrespective of EU’s slumber

I strongly condemn the terrorist attack on the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George in Karak, Jordan. Attacks on innocent people and places of worship are an affront to our shared humanity. My deepest condolences to the victims’ families and the Jordanian people. Greece stands firmly with Jordan. We must confront terrorism and eradicate fanaticism, in the Middle East and across the world.

Bill Maher: “The DSA is not socialism, it is communism.”
He's right. And that far-left extremism is coming to Los Angeles when Nithya Raman becomes mayor.
If I'm not in office, no one will be there to push back. The governor's race is more important than it's EVER been!

Chamath says the riots in France are domestic terrorism: “You need to respond to these people with an incredibly heavy hand.”
"It's heartbreaking to see what's happening. Let's just be very clear. I think that these people are absolute criminals. They're all terrorists and they should all be arrested."
"I think that this shows sort of like what is at the end of all of this "empathy" that all of these governments have been espousing. It's just a disguised way of promoting urban chaos."
"I don't know how a police officer thinks it makes any sense for him to be deployed into this melee to do what effectively, like protect a Christian Dior store in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. Like it is so stupid."
"So these folks have created the tinderbox and the conditions for this to happen. And they've done it because they won't even acknowledge what this is."
"Even when Macron went on state television, he tried to talk about this in terms of the suffering that these people must have. When you look at these pictures, these are not people that are suffering."
"These are people who are enacting chaos and violence and terrorism, domestic terrorism. And I think you need to respond to these people with an incredibly heavy hand. And then you need to fix the much broader problem."

Ken Griffin is pouring billions into Miami.
Larry Page, Sergey Brin, Jeff Bezos, and Mark Zuckerberg are buying up Miami real estate.
Peter Thiel and Keith Rabois have planted roots here.
Palantir moved its headquarters here.
Adam Neumann is building Flow, a venture-backed residential ecosystem connecting real estate, technology, and community, with a major footprint in Miami.
Larry Ellison is in Palm Beach.
And people still want to pretend nothing is happening in South Florida.
Between Miami and Palm Beach, the concentration of capital, influence, and access is becoming impossible to ignore.
San Francisco has an incredible talent pool. Nobody is disputing that. But it’s also one of the most saturated ecosystems in the world.
A lot of people are so deeply rooted in SF that they can’t imagine the next major tech ecosystem developing anywhere else.
But builders aren’t supposed to think about where everyone is today. They’re supposed to think about where the opportunities will be tomorrow.
Capital moves. Talent follows. Ecosystems form.
I’m not dumb enough to act like SF is dead. I’m saying you’d be stupid to assume it will be the only place that matters forever.
The smartest builders think two moves ahead.
Miami is the move.
Don’t be a sheep.
