The fighting Irish!! ☘️
@AndrewCoscoran gets a huge win in the @nbindoorgp 3000m, kicking his way to an Irish national record of 7:30.75 over Frenchman Azzedine Habz and Australian Cameron Myers.
I think I’ll stick to the event I have the highest medal potential 😉

In 2018, articles emerged about mysterious GPS activity in Antarctica and there was speculation of a top secret underground base related to UFOs. However, I immediately recognised the shape and location as the course for a marathon I was organising at Union Glacier 😂. See express.co.uk/news/weird/915…

Both the Irish U-20 and senior 1500m records smashed at @MeetingNikaia as @nickgriggs4321 goes 3:36.09, taking four seconds off Cian McPhillips' record of 3:40.56 and @AndrewCoscoran clocks 3:32.68 to win and break his 3:33.49 mark from indoors this year.

The Balbriggan man ran a time 3:32.68 to break Ray Flynn's record set back in 1982

Thanks @Cathal_Dennehy. Hopefully I can hold onto this record for half as long as @RayPFlynn.
It looks like @nickgriggs4321 is tracking well to take a crack at it in the next of couple years.
Thanks to @FeidhlimKelly and the @dublintrackclub for helping me achieve this.
A big Irish 1500m record of 3:32.68 for @AndrewCoscoran win at @MeetingNikaia in Nice.
Breaks his own 3:33.49 from indoors in Birmingham this year, and he becomes the fastest Irishman ever outdoors, surpassing @RayPFlynn's 3:33.5 in Oslo back in 1982.

HUGE runs for Ireland's Andrew Coscoran and Luke McCann as well. Coscoran runs 3:33.49, which crushes the Irish indoor record (3:36.64, Marcus O'Sullivan) and is also faster than O'Sullivan's outdoor record of 3:33.61 from 1996.
McCann (3:34.76) now #2 on indoor list, #6 overall
Thanks a million Richard. This wouldn’t be possible without your support over the last couple of years. @SpaceAthletics 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀
Immensely proud of @SpaceAthletics Andrew Coscoran, an incredible new Irish 1500m record of 3:33.49 today. Also, congrats to Luke and 18-year-old Nick on superb runs! @AndrewCoscoran @dublintrackclub @melbtrackclub @FeidhlimKelly #irishathletics #1500m #trackandfield #athletics
