Feed Myth: You urgently need to add the new AI conversational attributes. I’m generally not a big proponent of jumping on the bandwagon with “new stuff” when it comes to marketing. Too often it’s a lot of wasted resources when you could have waited 1-3 months, verified that it was actually necessary to do and then implemented the 20% that actually has an impact. I think that Conversational Attributes fall into this bucket. Everything AI is moving super fast. There is a very likely chance that the way we know Google Ads will be completely disrupted (by Google) in 12-24 months. I get the compulsion to jump on making sure everything you do is ready for it. I just think that it’s too early to know whether any of them will be actually used, and if they are used, whether they have a 1% or a 10% impact. If it’s a 1% impact, then it’s something you should do, but not spend a lot of time on. If it’s a 10% impact, then you better get it right! Here’s my ranking: ① Item Group Title → Easy, quick. ② Variant Option → Easy. Big impact, especially for non-traditional products (scent, fit, firmness, etc) ③ Document Link → If you have it, it’s an easy add-on that provides a lot of data to Google. ④ Popularity Rank → Tougher, but can be done with a bit of AI ⑤ Related Product → Surfaces the right product, but is much harder to build. ⑥ Q&A → Important for DTC, technical products. Don’t make up questions nobody asks though. I would do 1-2 now. @DataFeedWatch supports all 6 conversational attributes via feed templates, so you can easily start experimenting with these 2 now and add the rest whenever you're ready.

Once you try Ultra Fast in Astra you never want to go back. Usage is 6x normal, so not realistic to run, but it makes me excited about the future. If they could just: A) Speed up current models B) Lower usage for current models We would get much more out of AI.

You need to do get these 3 things right before Nov 27th. Get our Our Black Friday Playbook to prep, bid and cool down. It’s a near replica of the presentation we did internally about a month ago. My first Black Friday article 9 years ago was 20,000 words and probably the longest thing I’ve ever written. Luckily, you don’t have to read through 20,000 words this time ;) As we were preparing this year’s internal Black Friday playbook I wanted to create a version that could make an impact for you. The public playbook skips all the internal things we have (like how we prep clients, discuss black friday strategy, etc) and focus entirely on three things: - How you prep for Black Friday - The best approach for bidding in Black Week - Cooldown methods for the week after Black Friday Google routinely says that the cooldown isn’t necessary. But if you have ever tried overspending the week after Black Friday then I have the solution for you in today’s video. This one is a long one, so if you usually read the article I highly recommend watching the video this year. I share one core insight that I’ve changed my mind on regarding how to bid for Black Friday (the actual friday). 🎥 Watch the video on YouTube - youtube.com/watch?v=79V7Igfc… 📝 Read the article on savvyrevenue.com → savvyrevenue.com/blog/black-… Ps. This time the video and the article are a bit different. The video is a walkthrough of me using our internal Black Friday planning tool. The article is more of a written step-by-step walkthrough because the video and article formats don’t always align. Let me know if you like it.

Sign of the times. Scoring 2 and assisting 1 in a game where you dominated Man Utd don't even give you the top player of the week. It's just a meh performance.

Without an app, this is not applicable. Opening Gemini shows Gemini 3.8. I'm getting Microsoft Vista launch vibes here.
Gemini 4 Argon is here. It’s available globally today for developers and enterprises in the paid tier of the Gemini API and the Gemini platform, for Ultra subscribers in Google Antigravity, and Ultra and Pro subscribers in the Gemini app and Search. Hope you all enjoy it!

Does anybody know why ChatGPT Work suddenly changed my default model pickers to 5.6? It used to be Luna → Sol → Astra. Then I upgraded to Pro500 this morning and now I get these default pickers. It's an extra click to pick between Sol and Astra.

Just saw an agency look for "an outbound client manager". They are trying really hard to keep being able to say they don't have any sales people :D

muse as a personal assistant for private matters is really good. I wondered what was up with my huel subscription. It said that my September shipment had been cancelled due to being out of stock of my flavor. I ask it to replace the flavors and get it shipped today. It did. All with just three texts. I'm very bullish on meta's ability to build a huge business in the personal assistant AI space. They have huge a huge consumer-base across every age group, so they have the discovery right there.

Is anyone working with Notion Meeting Summaries, and are happy with the meeting summaries? If yes, what did you do? Especially action items are 99% wrong and wonder if we can do something about it. There are simply too many action items. Always.

Mission accomplished. First agency found that have recklessly run OpenClaw changes in accounts, and absolutely wrecked it.

What is an @n8n_io alternative that doesn't require me to jump on a call to upgrade my $150/mo. plan?

Pretty much agree with this take. In hindsight it'll be an obvious take.
We created gyms because modern day work no longer required physical activity. Without exercise, our muscles atrophy. I predict we’ll need gyms for our brains too, once AI starts doing our knowledge work.

A recommendation from someone you trust... I ran across a post in the @andrewfoxwell Slack group yesterday. I said @HQForWork was priced insane. Brad said I was dumb. He pays and it's worth it. He then went on to go check, check, check to Alan who asked another question. That's how fast you can go from no to yes on a product. Now it's on the to do list to set up @jacob_posel

When you see actors say smart things I always get more impressed. Multiple actors generally just say smart stuff about business and their methods. Seinfeld was another. PS. No comments on personal lives. None of us are perfect.
Ben Affleck (Hollywood star & Artists Equity CEO) talks about how he fine-tunes open video models by unfreezing weights and trained only the last cinematic layer so a film crew can hit real production standards. for context, Ben Affleck founded InterPositive in 2022, a 16-person AI shop for film post and Netflix bought it in March 2026 for $587 mn in cash. He needed that model because public video models were trained on his peers' films, and he did not think that was a real business. So InterPositive raised money, shot its own dataset for 8 months on a controlled stage, and used it only as late-stage training. Each new film then trains a private model on its own dailies, so the production keeps the footage and the learning. That is the product Netflix paid $587 million for. ---- From "Bloomberg Live" YouTube channel, (link in comment)

Internal AI Usage Cap Memo: In response to requests for increased AI budgets, they aren’t coming. And here’s why: We currently offer 16x token spend per employee compared to the average of tech forward companies (Based on Ramp's spend data from 70,000 businesses). I say this to establish - for those of you who request increases, it is unlikely you will get it. Unlimited budgets create unlimited waste - a luxury we do not have. So, budget and use your tokens only on projects that have a clear revenue producing or cost savings. Otherwise, it's likely to be filed under "shit that doesn't matter and not worth spending money on." To help you, we will be offering training(s) on: How to figure out what's worth working on (biggest miss #1) How to use fewer tokens to get same output (think of this like AI hygiene) How to use the time AI saves you to be more effective AI is a tool that creates leverage. It helps you get out more from what you put in. That said, company revenue is flat (relative terms) compared to AI usage increases. This suggests that people are (largely) using it on projects that don't matter, or are using it on things that do matter, then spending the saved time working on things that don't matter. This discrepancy (difference between money we spend and money we make from AI) hints at a skill deficiency in the team. One which I hope we will train up - just as well as we trained up on AI usage. So now that everyone is using it - it's time to use it well. Let's crush Q4. Alex PS - The more clearly you can articulate how what you do generates a return, the more likely tokens will be in your future. And the way to maximize a return is to show HOW LITTLE you can use and HOW MUCH you can get from it.
