Great topic! I have this conversation with some of my fellow basic skills teachers often. Especially at our level, I feel letter grades are unproductive. We need to evaluate individual progress and decide if itโs appropriate for students to move on.
A, B, C, D, F.... what does it really mean? Compliance? or something else? Subjective? Objective? All subjects? Or just the "important" ones? Are we using an antiquated system to determine a student's progress? Let's discuss! See you this morning at 9am eastern! #sunchat
