New profile picture comes from my amazing girlfriend, who unfortunately is not posting any art on any socials right now because she's very introverted. Hopefully if enough people on here tell her how good her art is she would be encouraged enough to post and I could tag her ❤️

I wasn’t particularly interested at first, but since it’s Zach Cregger’s latest film, I went to see “Resident Evil.” Right from the opening, it hits you with music reminiscent of “The Thing.” From there, it’s a relentless barrage of classic horror techniques, terrifying situations, and jump scares that never lets up until the very end. This isn’t a film adaptation of “Resident Evil.” It’s a film about the experience of playing “Resident Evil,” controller in hand. It reminded me of how I felt when I first played the original “Resident Evil” on PlayStation back in 1996. I was just like Bryan in this movie. I kept getting game over after game over, shouting “F***!” over and over again. lol I’m also happy I managed to pick up a program for “Digger.”
Been playing shovel knight for the first time on the RP5. Been loving every minute of it. More thoughts soon
All the power to them. I hope the workers unionizing get everything they're asking for during the bargaining and then some.
The Dungeons & Dragons and Magic: The Gathering teams at Wizards of the Coast have just announced they're unionizing. In a letter of demands, the union has urged Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast leaders to stop pushing generative AI. bit.ly/4hMhPzG
Finally got around to watching Anastasia, I know I'm a little late, but wow. It's rare I feel like I missed out on stuff as a kid but this is a perfect example. I immediately recognized the rotoscoping and thought it was animated so well over the 3d backgrounds.
Finally got the Retroid Pocket 5 fully set up with my front end, emulators and game native. Been playing shovel knight for the first time (through game native) and I'm loving it, still experiencing some decision paralysis on what to emulate first though..
The new Twitter banner from my amazing girlfriend that made the profile picture is done. It's a collage of a lot of my favorite characters from various medias. The words are in in game language used in hyoerkight drifter that spell my handle Retro_Fighter

Retroid Pocket 5 should be coming in tomorrow, looking forward to setting it up. I'll definitely be posting about the games I play on it and sharing my thoughts
Jon Watts is set to direct ‘STAR WARS: EPISODE 10’.
The film is intended to be the beginning of a new trilogy in the Skywalker Saga.

Reading this before seeing what they're talking about you may think it's unwarranted but then you see it and you realize not only was it fully warranted but they should have gone even further

Never been a GTA player in my life, came close once as a kid. In my neighborhood we would all trade games that we had beaten, this is how I got my hands on GTA 4. It didn't really interest me then, I just don't think I had the attention span for it. See reply
But now that I'm older I want to tackle it again. The new trailer was obviously the source of this inspiration but ironically it just got me interested in the old one I owned but never beat. Got it on steam and modded it this morning, definitely feeling it this time.
