Most stablecoins just sit there. @USD8infinity earns while you hold it. 💵
It runs on HyperEVM, Hyperliquid's EVM chain. You keep a dollar in your wallet and it grows on its own. The idea sounds simple. The contract behind it is not, because it has to keep the value steady and keep the yield coming at the same time, and one cannot break the other.
That's why we went through the main contracts, the vault, and the OpenZeppelin code it is built on. The rating came back Secure. Every finding was fixed.
The USD8 team said the audit is a milestone, not a finish line. They plan to keep reviewing the code after launch, which tells you how seriously they take this. For a stablecoin, that is exactly right.
