It’s been a long road. One of twists and turns and a whole lot of dead ends ⚠️. I know many of us are frustrated and may even feel abandoned by this sudden change. I urge you to please:
1. Respect the old team. They have given a quarter of their lives to this and deserve to leave the project with gratitude and grace.
2. Give the new team a chance. Not everyone will have the same opinions, there will be failures, and there will be change. We are just as responsible, if not more, for how this project performs going forward. Have an open mind and participate when you can.
