Hey @asksheilas , how is it that you can't manage a simple registration change on the same vehicle? Admin charge paid on 29th March (and confirmed via online chat) yet get an email this morning telling "you didn't pay the charge". Useless.
This is what @LidlGB use as car park ornaments (London St. Mary Cray) Been in place for over a year and doesn't do anything aside from occasionally flash a red light. @Pod_Point claim not installed by them so they can't do anything. Do you have any growing near you?

@AmericanAir service improvement is to threaten connecting passengers whose bags are lost, with denied boarding and "generously" offer them to fly the rest of their itinerary on standby if/when their bag appears.
