One of the most unforgettable evenings of my life—the World Premiere of SPAR. The energy in the room was truly amazing.

If I see you and tell you everything you’ve got going on is about to be Robert Pattinson, just know you’re in for an incredible year.
What cinema did I watch this summer?
Well… Jazz clubs in Paris. Lauryn Hill, Erykah Badu, Giggs, Kano, Nas, Jay-Z, Benny the Butcher, Black Thought, Common, Rapsody
Proud to share @sparshortfilm is an official selection in the TV Pilot category at 2026 @forwardfilmfest 🎬
A brilliant festival in Birmingham supported by the BBC, Creative UK, Create Central & RTS — and endorsed by Steven Knight & Joe Lycett.
@Sparshortfilm also screens at King’s College London in October, where I’ll be on a incredible panel including incredible star of the pilot Bafta nominated Jordan Pitt.
A 21-year-old talent fell short tonight, but that’s where the real story begins. What I love most about boxing is the comeback—overcoming adversity. We can all relate to that. Well done, Hrgović
Lovely Sunday morning. So excited for the talent I have had the honour of working with early on in their journey. Big shout out to BBC Radio London.
Black Thought take a bow. One of the greatest live sets I’ve ever seen. #Rootspicnic
Watched three plays in the sweltering heat yesterday, and they all smashed it! So proud to know these incredible talents who were in them. Excited to see where their journeys take them.
Four amazing programmes. 🎬

Thoughts are with my Congolese brothers….yes England. But….France are out here looking like they've already booked the trophy. Is it coming home or what?
