My UK people, some banks will pay you up to £250 to switch your account to them.
My colleague switched to three different banks and said she made £650 in total. Now she plans to use it to shop the November and December deals.
Me? It’s too stressful for me. Moving all my HSBC direct debits is already a lot to think about. Besides, I only have one bank account to switch, so it’s not even worth the stress for me.
First Direct, Santander and NatWest are among the banks to check out for switching offers if you’re interested. Just make sure you read the eligibility terms before switching.

I do this whenever I travel by air. I’ll familiarise myself with whoever I’m sitting next to, collect their number, and ask if someone is picking them up or if they’re ordering a ride.
Once I hear “I’m ordering a ride,” congratulations, you’ve just become my airport taxi. 😂
I’ll discreetly use my phone to snap the car plate number and send it, alongside the person’s details, to my DSS friend in case anything happens.
