Today is NCAA Division II Day (2/22) increasing awareness of the importance of Division II athletics! As a prior @ClarionMBB player and captain, I lean on leadership skills and work ethic which I developed during those years every day. #teamwork #studentathlete

Multicenter data published in @CircAHA confirms FB-EVAR at high-volume centers is highly effective for TAAAs, showing low ARM and protection from rupture. Solid evidence for FB-EVAR’s role in complex aortic repairs! #VascularSurgery #AorticAneurysm #Endovascular #AortaEd
#OriginalResearch: In this multicentered, propsective cohort study, aortic-related mortality and rupture were uncommon following elective fenestrated-branched endovascular aortic repair of asymptomatic intact TAAAs. @neotenorioMD @drbermendes @VascularMD ahajournals.org/doi/abs/10.1…

The evolution of thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm repair from 1950s to 2024 is nothing short of unbelievable. Back then it would have been fantasy to think that a patient could return home postop day 2 after treatment for extent 2 TAAA with chronic dissection.

Graduate of last year's, 4th cohort and really enjoyed and valued the experience. Great content, great leaders with years of experience, and great opportunity to network with colleagues who are facing similar challenges.
