What does it take to prepare Nigeria's youth for the pharmaceutical factory floor?
At the 8th PMG-MAN Expo in Lagos, our Managing Director Adriano Mauro shared APODISSI's answer on the workforce development panel, moderated by UNICEF Nigeria..
Drawing on our research with industry and GIZ SEDIN, he pointed to four gaps young professionals face quality culture, factory experience, digital skills and transversal skills.
He then presented how we are working to close them by connecting the dots between industry, training institutions and European partners:
