I am officially a college graduate with a degree in marketing finishing Magna Cum Laude with a 3.82 GPA dean's list every semester. I was a part of 3 organizations on campus, 5 honor societies, and was the outstanding graduating senior in the school of business.
I did it. 🚀
These are the only 8 iconic places in gaming anyone will remember in 20 years. Everything else is forgettable.
MW4 could have the best guns, maps and campaign in years and SBMM would still be the only thing anyone talks about.
They refuse to properly address it, Call of Duty is cooked.
I'm genuinely asking, but when have you genuinely had enough with the Call of Duty cycle?
The reaction to MW4 is IDENTICAL to every previous launch in the last 5 years. Its insane to watch from the outside now.
Some people just need to conclude moving on from COD altogether.
It seems the consensus for MW4 is:
- MW4 Campaign was a home run
- DMZ is really good
- MW4 Multiplayer is horrific, as expected
I think the conclusion is that traditional 6v6 multiplayer, especially for Call of Duty, ran its course.
You can only rinse & repeat so many times.
So... did Modern Warfare 4 actually save Call of Duty? 😂
Is it good, bad, what do we think? Or is COD cooked?
It's okay to come to the conclusion that Call of Duty multiplayer just isn't it anymore, you've outgrown it.
I know I did.

The world’s most accomplished tech founders and business leaders are betting hundreds of billions on AI with extraordinary conviction. Meanwhile much of the investing world thinks they’re making a massive mistake. The irony is hard to ignore. An investment industry where very few have historically managed to beat a passive index is now questioning the judgment of the people building the technology and running the businesses that will put it to work. Maybe the investors are right. Maybe the builders are. But I can’t remember a time when the stakes were this high and the two sides saw the future so differently.
Black Ops 4 and Blackout will forever hold a special place in my nostalgic love for Call of Duty.
Something so awesome about that era.
just me or are these extremely plain and lifeless in comparison to almost every other Call of Duty game?

I’ve spent a few days thinking about the Tesla Roadster reveal and landed somewhere I haven’t seen much discussion. I’m neither a Tesla fanboy nor a Tesla hater. And I couldn’t care less whether what we saw technically qualifies as a flying car. Three takeaways: (1) The risk of that live demonstration going horribly wrong was real. Almost no CEO would willingly expose their company to that kind of public humiliation for a product with so little financial upside. Elon did. (2) That willingness to attempt the seemingly impossible is what makes Tesla special. It’s also arguably Elon’s greatest contribution to America. He’s helped bring back something we’ve lost. The American spirit of chasing big scary ideas that most people think are impossible. That mindset is spreading across a new generation of founders and its long term impact on America’s future could dwarf anything Tesla ever sells. I think this is deeply underappreciated. (3) Can we just acknowledge how insanely cool that moment was? We’ve reached a strange place culturally where even extraordinary feats of human ingenuity immediately become arguments about why they don’t count. Not everything needs to be a debate. Sometimes we should just be able to stand back together and marvel at what humans are capable of. I’ve been both bullish and critical of Tesla’s ambitions over the years. But watching Elon and his team push the boundaries of what’s possible reminds me why I’m glad we have him. Whether the Roadster ever makes Tesla a dollar or impacts $TSLA stock price is almost beside the point. We need more people willing to risk failure in pursuit of things the rest of us think are impossible. Because when they succeed we all win.
Well that’s wraps folks, the Call of Duty Modern Warfare reboot has officially come to an end.
2019-2026
Was it better than the original?
Explain to me how this is cheating.
This should be the least of your concerns in Call of Duty and isn't the "cheating" you think it is. Being able to adjust EQ is optimization.
Astro/Turtle Beach have basically done this for years and COD has directly partnered with them lol.

these might be the most lifeless prestige emblems a Call of Duty game has ever had
