أعلنت أرادَ عن تأسيس شركة "أرادَ السعودية"، وهي شركة تطوير عقاري جديدة تأسست في إطار شراكة استراتيجية مع شركة إكستوبيا، بهدف تطوير مجتمعات متكاملة واسعة النطاق في مختلف أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية. وتصبح المملكة العربية السعودية خامس أسواق أرادَ حول العالم، إلى جانب المملكة المتحدة وسوريا وأستراليا ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
وقد عُيّن محمد الضبعان، رئيس مجلس إدارة إكستوبيا، رئيساً لمجلس إدارة أرادَ السعودية، بما يعكس أهمية الشراكة المحلية التي تقوم عليها الشركة الجديدة.
وتتمتع أرادَ السعودية بإمكانية الوصول إلى محفظة أراضٍ واسعة تبلغ مساحتها 10 ملايين متر مربع في مختلف أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية، بقيمة إجمالية تبلغ 49 مليار درهم إماراتي، وتمتد عبر مواقع استراتيجية رئيسية تشمل الرياض وجدة ومكة المكرمة.
ويتمثل المشروع الأول للشركة في مخطط رئيسي سكني في حي الرمال شمال شرق الرياض، ويمتد على مساحة 2.5 مليون متر مربع، وسيضم نحو 3500 فيلا ومنزل تاون هاوس، تحيط بها 100 ألف شجرة، بجانب مدرسة ومرافق تجارية ومركز مجتمعي ومرافق رياضية، بما يدعم توفير احتياجات السكان اليومية ضمن مجتمع متكامل.

Arada has announced the establishment of @AradaKSA, a new real estate development company founded in strategic partnership with XTOPIA to deliver large-scale communities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The launch marks Arada’s entry into its fifth global market, alongside the United Kingdom, Syria, Australia and the UAE.
Mohammed AlDhabaan, Chairman of XTOPIA, has been appointed Chairman of Arada KSA, reflecting the importance of the local partnership at the heart of the new company.
Arada KSA has access to a significant 10 million square metre land bank across Saudi Arabia, valued at AED49 billion and spanning key strategic locations including Riyadh, Jeddah and Makkah.
The company’s first project is a residential master plan in Riyadh’s Al Rimal District, in the north-east of the capital. Spanning 2.5 million square metres, the development will feature approximately 3,500 villas and townhouses surrounded by 100,000 trees, alongside a school, retail, a community centre and sporting facilities.

Wellfit by Formative, the UAE’s largest fitness collective, has opened its first Abu Dhabi location at Reem Mall on Reem Island.
The 50,000 sqft flagship, approximately the size of a football field, is Wellfit’s sixth in the UAE and brings the brand’s integrated approach to fitness and recovery to the capital for the first time. Arada has concluded an AED1.1 billion forward purchase agreement with Aldar that sees the Abu Dhabi developer buy nine buildings totalling over 1,100 units in Aljada, Sharjah’s largest mixed-use development.
The agreement is a significant vote of confidence in Aljada and the Sharjah residential market more generally.
The transaction, which also marks Aldar’s entry into the Sharjah market, builds on the recently announced AED15bn development partnership between the two master developers, and both companies will continue to work to identify further opportunities across sectors.

Arada has submitted a series of planning applications to the London Borough of Newham to advance the delivery of Thameside West, a £2.5 billion GDV site with the potential to deliver at least 5,000 homes. At over 47 acres, this is one of London’s largest and most ambitious regeneration projects, with proposals that would unlock the delivery of affordable housing and connect the area between the Thames and Royal Docks for the first time.
Building on the existing hybrid planning permission, the plans set out a landscape-led approach to the first stage of the project. The buildings will be organised around a network of streets, gardens, parks and shared spaces, with cafes and restaurants on the ground floor. This stage comprises nearly 1,500 new homes across six buildings, the first two of which will now be 100% social rent and will include three and four bedroom family homes.
At the heart of the proposals will be a new seven-acre park, alongside around 1,000 new trees, creating a greener, more biodiverse environment for residents and the wider community. The park will include dedicated play spaces including adventure-filled woodland areas, play trails and play-on-the-way spaces. This is further complemented by a kilometre of active waterfront and a riverside walk along Bell Lane, which marks the south-east border of the site.
A community design group of 20 local residents is working with Arada London to help shape a section of park around local needs. A series of workshops is now underway, giving residents the opportunity to share local knowledge, explore ideas and inform the design of a welcoming and inclusive public space.
Thameside West is being brought forward in partnership with the Greater London Authority The Royal Docks Team, reflecting a shared commitment to unlocking and delivering high quality, genuinely affordable new homes that meet local need with a focus on nature and wellbeing.
