2) @GamRegGB only became aware of #footballindex when their French counterpart, Arjel, emailed them on 28/2/19 enquiring why they were "pretending to be licenced by GC"

3) Following on from yesterday when @GamRegGB confirmed in March 2019 they would shortly "try and find out more" about #footballindex I find it staggering that this was an agenda from 11 months later!

4) In Feb 2020 @GamRegGB conducted a "detailed financial assessment" with #footballindex which they seemed quite proud to announce. I'd be embarrassed if a company liquidated with 1% of assets remaining after conducting that. Maybe it wasn't as detailed as Rhodes makes out

5) @TheFCA have consistently lied about #footballindex not being within their perimeter. In Sept 2020 they provided specific evidence to Tradex (the compliance arm of Betindex) stating that, in the FCA view, it was a specified investment.
Anyone had their own website built in order to land more wholesale accounts/work with brands?
