Thank you so much to @julianaurelius & @chitanchitan for inspiring our Reading Rewards students. They loved hearing about your experiences in Japan, writing about abandoned spaces and creating some Manga.
Hope you enjoyed the sushi made from sweets!

Heads down writing, hands up contributing – the perfect author visit!
Thank you @BryonyPearce for an amazing visit which inspired our students and had students literally begging me to let them in your workshop!
Thank you @KenilworthBook for organising :)
We then descended into madness and the crafts became a limbo chain and the student librarians used our former poetry slam props to hold a library protest.. to each other... because why not?
Happy half term!
Thanks so much to @sethburkett for working with our students again.
Our Year 7s delved into the literary techniques of biography writing and capped off the day showcasing their football tekkers on the field!

Great to see @ArdenAcademy mentioned in the @AuthorsAbroad_ newsletter with a special mention for our wonderful Maksym sharing his story with the other schools.
