This 100k square foot resort is coming to Frisco next year: - 19 key hotel with private hitting bays on each balcony - 25k sqft putting green - Not far from Omni PGA resort & PGA of America HQ - 100 foot video screen - Custom TaylorMade club fitting on site - 12,000 square foot private club and executive suites - Located directly on the tollway This thing is going to print cash. Very bullish on DFFW (Dallas Frisco Ft. Worth).

Leaving Valencia soon and sad to be leaving behind Plaça de Manual Granero. Incredible trees giving much-needed shade, variety of playgrounds, outdoor gym, loads and loads of seating and just the most welcoming positive vibes. Truly a common room for the neighbourhood.
