😆🙏 Thanks—I’m going to start quoting this! “I got some good advice once from Felix Gonzales-Torres...”

Today is the 50th anniversary of #EarthDay. #SciArt is a beautiful window to the natural world and helps remind us what we're working to protect. Explore biodiversity through 170K+ free images in our @Flickr ➡️ flickr.com/photos/biodivlibr… #EarthOptimism #NationalLibraryWeek

Thursday—Talent Day! One talent artists have is finding evocative trash... I’m not saying it’s the best talent. @SpringbrookSGA @Springbrook_HS @MCPSArts

Here’s a great reminder from @Justseeds that making art keeps us well. Your art/music/dance/film/theater teachers have plenty of ideas—please check in with them. Keep creating, #BlueDevilartists @SpringbrookSGA @MCPSArts

This week was a little more stressful for most of us... Hope you’re using all types of art to relax and to focus. Here’s Angeles creating by destroying, back when we could smash things outside of B-wing. Her finished sculpture WILL be submitted in her IB Art Show this month!

Hello Springbrook! Please be aware that there are April Fool's Day posts going out saying that students have to repeat the entire school year. Remember your critical thinking skills & don't believe everything that you see on the internet. 😊😁😉

Students are gluing things to their PlayStations and painting on their TV screens! Teachers and principals are dancing around the house in their underwear! The arts are making our lives better and less stressful every day. Thank you all for continuing to create. 💙🏁

We’ve also stopped drinking coffee and we feel much healthier.

Maybe in several months we’ll have a lot of money and no worries and nothing to do... that will be a sensible time to make some art.

Students! If you have crayons at home, please melt them down and add soap, to make even more soap. Paper makers: switch to making toilet paper because no one seems to have enough.
