So true! We teach because we love to learn and spread our knowledge. The What can be determined by the curriculum but the how should be determined by the teacher so that the students are engaged in meaningful learning experiences!

In my experience, rarely have I encountered a situation where a teacher who had solid connections & rapport with students was struggling with classroom management.
The best way to prevent poor behavior is a strong #relationship.
