#mufc I knew a guy who got a job opportunity fresh out of college from a top corporate organisation. He worked well for a couple of years and then his performance levels dropped. He then showed up and worked only when his appraisal was due. This went on for a while until his reporting manager changed. The new manager figured out his antics and put him on PIP. But this guy thought he was the best employee and decided to look elsewhere and was open to work on LinkedIn. One other organisation offered him a contract role for a year and said if he performs well they will convert him full time. Though this was with reduced wages, this guy accepted as he started to realise his options were limited. He then started dissing his previous organisation and blamed the organisation's culture for his lack of performance. A year went by. This new org refused to offer him a full-time role, then even went to the extent of offering a much junior resource that position.Now his old organisation whom he dissed
publicly is giving him his old job back but with a 30% pay increase. This guy is now "Excited" and looking forward to the job.

Cannot remember the last time we had majority of our signing wrapped up before pre season.. absolutey pathetic from INEOS.. every summer its a major rebuild and we fall short of 2 or 3 signings rinse and repeat.. I am sure if we had signed lemmens before last season started, we would have been in a much better position.. 5 or 6 league game goes by before we have the preferred 11 playing and hence we always play catch up and sack managers.. #mufc ##manutd #carrick #ineos
What an absolute mess united are in. You have glazers, ratcliff, berrada, Wilcox and then amorim.. far too many cooks to run a football club.. have one guy managing the football side of things another one for the business.. all this hierarchy stuff is pure BS.. Amorim is being hung out to dry. If he is sacked, so should everyone above him. #MUFC #LEEMUN
With mount injured at HT, it made sense to sub off Sesko as he hasn't played 90 yet and is coming back from injury.. with backs to wall job needed, case doesn't have the legs for 90 and would be a liability, and in the last 10 mins with Newcastle crossing and playing long balls from all angles, taking off Martinez for a taller defender also made sense(also Martinez is coming back from injury). So we can see the reasoning behind all subs.. hope the tacticos on x stop moaning for just a day and enjoy the win. Amorim just cannot win them over.. but he doesn't have to. #mufc #manutd #MUNNEW

The team would rank last in terms of athleticism.. last in terms of physicality, mid in terms of technicality.. no wonder we are where we are... Amorin has a HUGE job. Based on what we have seen of him, I trust him to turn this around but I don't trust Ineos, he might even walk away.
