Despite its immense physical strength, the silverback demonstrates leadership through protection, guidance, restraint and responsibility, offering a powerful reflection on what true strength means.
This year, we challenge men to look beyond traditional measures of masculinity such as power, position and possessions, and explore the qualities that define meaningful leadership: integrity, compassion, emotional intelligence, humility, accountability and service to others.

On Saturday, 10th October 2026, Arvocap and its partners, through The Men's Wellness Summit, stepped inside the walls of Kamiti Maximum Security Prison.
We came to engage with the men, share dignity packs and most importantly, spend a day in their company.
The first thing you notice about Kamiti is its security.
Nothing is left to chance. Phones are surrendered, identities recorded and checkpoint after checkpoint stands between the outside world and the men within.
But beyond the final gate, another story begins.
You notice the patience of the officers and the warmth with which they speak to the men in their care, whom they refer to as clients.
Then you feel something unexpected: joy. Genuine, unrestrained joy at the sight of visitors. Not for what we brought, but because someone had come. Someone had remembered them.
We danced. We competed. We watched talent rise from those walls like light through a crack in the wall.
We were equally moved by the education on offer. We met men pursuing degrees in accounting and law with the University of London, from inside prison. A sentence, it turns out, is not the end of a story.
As founders of The Men's Wellness Summit, we believe conversations about menโs wellbeing must reach beyond conference halls and motivational stages. They must go where human connection is needed most.
That is what Gentle Giant means to us. Not just a theme, but a way of seeing people. A way of showing up.
