Today, I'm thinking about everyone who made this moment possible. The people who stood in long lines, marched in the heat and fought for the right to vote long before any of us were here. They didn't always get to see the change they fought for. But they believed in it anyway, and that belief carried us here. This people-powered movement was built the same way. Not by one person, but by all of us, one conversation, one door, one neighbor at a time. We're part of something way bigger than ourselves.  It might be my name and face in this race, but this movement we’ve built in the past year is more than just Angie Nixon. This is YOURS. Stay safe folks. Friendly reminder. I fought to stop DeSantis from using emergency disaster relief funds for political stunts like Alligator Alcatraz. Ashley Moody allowed it. I raised the alarm and organized around the 50% cuts to FEMA. Ashley Moody was silent. We purchased beds, donated money, supplies and food to hurricane survivors. Moody, while Attorney General turned the other way when insurance companies, her donors, denied claims to rebuild homes. Vote accordingly.
