We are not going to do any purchase of power for the quoted rates of Rs 37 to 41.
We have opened the tender today and several vendors quoted very high prices. Since we have sufficient power to manage for next 3 months and power is being procured in advance for next summer these prices are unreasonable. In the mean time we will be coming out with Medium and Long Term tenders for upcoming 20 years.
Hence there won’t be anymore Gas purchase for higher price and i have already instructed to cancel the below tender.

1. இல்லம் தேடிக் கல்வி: 1.65 லட்சம் தன்னார்வலர்கள் மூலம் சுமார் 96 லட்சம் குழந்தைகளுக்குக் கற்றல் உதவியை அவர்களின் இல்லங்களுக்கே கொண்டு சென்றது. ஏழை, கிராமப்புறக் குழந்தைகளின் வீடுகளுக்கே கல்வியைக் கொண்டு சென்றதை நினைத்துப் பாருங்கள்!
2. எண்ணும் எழுத்தும்: 37,767 பள்ளிகளில் பயிலும் 25 லட்சம் குழந்தைகளின் வாசித்தல், எழுதுதல் மற்றும் கணிதத் திறன்களை மேம்படுத்த உதவியது. கல்வியறிவின்மையை ஒழிக்க அவர் பாடுபட்டது என்ன குற்றமா!
3. திறன்மிகு வகுப்பறைகள்: 22,931 திறன்மிகு வகுப்பறைகள் அமைக்கப்பட்டு, 11.76 லட்சம் குழந்தைகள் பயனடைந்தனர். உத்தரப் பிரதேசத்தின் 19.8%, பீகாரின் 14.9% ஆகியவற்றுடன் ஒப்பிடுகையில், தமிழ்நாட்டில் திறன்மிகு வகுப்பறைகளின் அளவு 60.8% எனக் குறிப்பிடப்படுகிறது. மன்னிக்க முடியாத சாதனையாம்!
4. இந்தியாவிலேயே முதன்முறையாக மாநிலம் முழுவதும் காலை உணவுத் திட்டம்: 2023-ஆம் ஆண்டில், 31,008 அரசு தொடக்கப் பள்ளிகளில் பயிலும் 17 லட்சம் குழந்தைகளுக்குக் காலை உணவு வழங்கும் திட்டத்தை திமுக அரசு விரிவுபடுத்தியது. ஏழைக் குழந்தைகள் பசியின்றிப் பள்ளிக்குச் செல்வதை உறுதிசெய்தது என்ன குற்றமா!
5. பள்ளிக் கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகள்: 4,426 அரசுப் பள்ளிகளின் கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகளை மேம்படுத்த ₹2,917 கோடி செலவிடப்பட்டது. கிராமப்புறக் குழந்தைகளுக்குத் தரமான வகுப்பறைகள் தேவையில்லையாம்!
6. உயர்தொழில்நுட்ப ஆய்வகங்கள்: சுமார் ₹519 கோடி மதிப்பீட்டில் 8,209 உயர்தொழில்நுட்ப ஆய்வகங்கள் அமைக்கப்பட்டு, அரசுப் பள்ளிக் குழந்தைகளுக்கு நவீனக் கற்றல் வசதிகள் கொண்டுவரப்பட்டன. இதுவும் ஒரு திமிரான சாதனையாம்!
7. தமிழ்நாடு ஸ்பார்க் (TN SPARK): செயற்கை நுண்ணறிவு, ரோபோட்டிக்ஸ் மற்றும் கணினி அறிவியல் கல்வியை அறிமுகப்படுத்தி, ஆரம்பகட்டமாக 7 லட்சம் அரசுப் பள்ளி மாணவர்களுக்குப் பயனளிக்கும் நோக்கில் திட்டமிடப்பட்டது. கிராமப்புறக் குழந்தைகள் செயற்கை நுண்ணறிவைக் கற்பதைக்கூடப் பொறுத்துக்கொள்ள முடியவில்லையா!
8. வாசிப்புப் புரட்சி: பல்வேறு கற்றல் நிலைகளுக்கு ஏற்ற புத்தகங்களுடன் கூடிய வாசிப்பு முயற்சிகள், சுமார் 44.5 லட்சம் அரசுப் பள்ளி மாணவர்களைச் சென்றடைந்தன. ஏழைக் குழந்தைகளைப் புத்தகம் படிக்க ஊக்குவித்தது என்ன குற்றமா!
9. அரசுப் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்கள்: பொதுக் கல்வியை வலுப்படுத்தும் நோக்கில் 3,043 பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்களும் 97 வட்டாரக் கல்வி அலுவலர்களும் நியமிக்கப்பட்டனர். இதுவும் ஒரு மாபெரும் குற்றமாம்!
10. தமிழ்நாட்டின் கல்வி உரிமைகள்: தமிழ்நாட்டின் இருமொழிக் கொள்கையைப் பாதுகாத்ததுடன், மத்திய அரசு சமக்ர சிக்ஷா நிதியை விடுவிக்காததற்கு எதிராகவும் குரல் கொடுத்தார். தமிழ்நாட்டின் குழந்தைகளுக்காக உரிமைக்குரல் எழுப்பியதுதான் குற்றமா!
தமிழ்நாட்டில் பள்ளிக் கல்வியை இப்படி வெறிகொண்டு முன்னேற்றினால், சங்கிகள் சும்மா வேடிக்கை பார்ப்பா(ன)ர்களா 🙄
