Robinhood saw record-breaking traffic today. As a result, some customers experienced latency and intermittent issues. Essential systems have recovered and our teams are closely monitoring.

On Sunday evening, some customers received a falsified email from [email protected] with the subject line “Your recent login to Robinhood.” This phishing attempt was made possible by an abuse of the account creation flow. It was not a breach of our systems or customer accounts, and personal information and funds were not impacted. If you received this email, please delete it and do not click any suspicious links. Financial scams are on the rise—stay safe. Be cautious with unsolicited contact. Verify links and sender email addresses, and if anything feels off, don't click. Contact support directly through your Robinhood app or report suspicious emails to [email protected]. Robinhood will never pressure you to act fast or share sensitive information over text or email.
