"People want to be around happy people more than around people who aren't happy. So why not just try our best to make each other happy."

With how popular Netflix series glorifying serial killers is, and the constant gun violence from kids as young as 16 happening in certain countries, the last thing we need to see is fake outrage because someone fought in a club. As if THAT country is not always instigating wars.

The Phoenix herself 🐦🔥🐦🔥💎
Last night for Phoenix Fury Film premiere
What a feeling 🖤
Thank you God for this film, this life, this privilege to create, to celebrate creations and to be celebrated for creations.
Never taking it for granted.
She's an awesome film maker. So vivacious - full of life, and naturally funny. And she can sing too!
Watch #PhoenixFuryFilm when it hits the theatres.
Fun fact: She interviewed Burna Boy (sitting on plastic chairs lol) years before he became a superstar.
What is annoying me is that yes, Nicki's ass is phat. I like it. I also love her music. Too bad she's agreed to be used. It takes a lot to reject such proximity to power but it is disappointing nevertheless.
Music so beautiful you that you go on your knees with tears in your eyes.
The nostalgia...the memories...the lyrics. ❤️

A perfect example of "90's fine". I just remembered this pic. I trust you are okay. 😄
“...Now money flows, the bills go high,
Your gas costs more? Well, so do I!
Can’t fill your tank? Then use your feet,
I’ve got a war to fund…how sweet!” 🎶
The way white folk glorify their criminals. I'm hearing that the docu-movie they did about her is very likely an Oscar contender (yes, they own the Oscars too).
But then am I surprised? Nope. Scamming investors off half a billion US dollars and she gets to be immortalized.
An Elizabeth Holmes and Nathan Fielder lookalike competition is currently happening at Washington Square Park.

On 28 February 2026, the U.S. launched Tomahawk cruise missiles that struck Shajareh Tayyebeh School in Minab, southern Iran. The attack killed children, teachers, and staff.
Several independent investigators, among them a UN fact-finding mission, later concluded there were reasonable grounds to find that the strike constituted a war crime and established U.S. responsibility.
The Minab School Massacre: The Final Bell That Never Rang records what happened that morning and refuses to reduce the victims to numbers. It tells the individual stories of the children and educators of Shajareh Tayyebeh—their faces, families, friendships, and dreams—and asks how a classroom can be turned into a military target.
Never forget, nor forgive.

And yes, Eko Gbona 2000 is a real film. It means "hot cereal gruel" (for lack of a better explanation). The ad was hilarious. Making fun of those marketing videos were a thing among many of us back then. The voice-overs would dramatically describe the whole film plot. 🤣
Replying to @Readerbell_
The intro, I swear in the early 2000s that is how those films were marketed. 🤣
People who could voice over like that ate good.
"Eko Gbono 2000! *boom!* wetin make Iyabo craze for her wedding day? See as mama and papa dey cry!..."
You'd feel the panic and confusion. 😂
