Since there appears to be a second wave of people moving from this site to Bluesky (and people asking what Bluesky is 😁), I'm Asta77 there as well.
Since it's December 1st, and this place is about to get even worse, it seems like a good time to post a reminder I've relocated to bluer skies.
I feel like this recent exodus from here has real momentum this time. Seeing actors, journalists, and politicians making the move to Bluesky, either fully or gradually. Just wish more media sites were doing so. Sports news and trailer drops are still lacking.
And while I haven't posted much here in ages, I think I'll be bailing completely soon. I'm also working on a few things and more inclined to share there.
With Teri Garr's passing, the entire main cast of Young Frankenstein is no longer with us. Realizing this film (and me!) is older than I think. ☹️
I know ESPN needs to fill their day, but their talent heatedly debating why the Jets fired Robert Saleh 5 games into the season is laughable when we all know the answer.....

Because I really want a second season, if you are a rom com fan, check out Netflix's #NobodyWantsThis. Kristen Bell. Adam Brody. Loads of chemistry. An adult, healthy relationship. Smart and funny (Ep 4 😂). Great supporting cast. I've already watched twice (ten 30 min eps).
Watching Damar Hamlin catch his first career interception on Monday Night Football after also watching him collapse from cardiac arrest and almost die during a MNF game is surreal.
Whoever did the debate prep with Kamala did an awesome job. And kudos to the moderators doing their job and fact checking in real time. Great debate. Will probably be the only one we get. 😜

Going into this debate, Donald Trump’s advisers were preoccupied with the issue of his lack of restraint. They anticipated Kamala Harris would try to rile him, and they wanted him to avoid taking the bait and getting thrown off his talking points. It seems they were unsuccessful.
Kamala has baited Tr**p several times and he's taken the bait. And I can't even with the babies being killed after birth and family pets being stolen and eaten. 🙄
RIP James Earl Jones. It's one of the few times I can say, in all sincerity, part of my childhood has died.
