the idea that your 20s are your prime years and you must enjoy them comes from people who are living an average life in their 30s and beyond. ask anyone who has financial freedom and isn’t a corporate slave in their 30s and they’ll tell you to work your ass off in your 20s and not waste a single day. because what you do in your 20s will largely decide the kind of life you’ll live for the rest of your life and you cant j waste it enjoying.
