Discord support is absolutely fucking infuriating and insufferable to deal with. I submited yet another ticket to try to get a human to handle my suspension i got over a week ago, and I'm met with a lovely copy/paste message from a bot. What's crazy is I submitted screenshots of my issue after a thorough explanation, and it marked it as "no" and marked my ticket as solved.
If you got a violation or suspension for a false child safety, you aren't getting your account back ever cause they are to lazy to actually help you and would rather have an AI Bot System do it for them.
Maybe instead of Discord posting on Twitter all the time, they should post a job application to hire some fucking real people, because it's crystal clear there are none at @discord_support. 🖕

Iam absolutely DISAPPOINTED by @discord @discord_support's security system. My account got hacked, the hacker set up their own 2FA, and guess what? Discord chose to PROTECT the hacker instead of me, the original owner with all the billing proofs! 😡

Please avoid and block this person as he could rip your avatar as well. He is already banned in my group for doing this to others other than me

This is a longshot, but @discord @discord_support are you able to help me out here with this?
W discord for giving me the same copy/paste message I've been getting since the 12th about my suspension.
I simply refuse to believe there's a real person working at/for Discord Support and that it's fully automated. The only good thing to come out of this situation is they where able to cancel my Nitro on the account so I wont be paying on a suspended account.
