Taking a short break from fixing accounts on Bo2, I still have over 1800 DMs here on Twitter and another 3000+ on Instagram. I genuinely hope Activision gets its act together soon. I do apologize for others who have been waiting the longest, but it’s becoming to much for me. :(

I genuinely try my best to help everyone, but it’s starting to take a toll on me. Some people expect me to sit here for over 8 hours every day, and if I don’t get to them, they become incredibly rude and disrespectful. It’s disheartening to see how impatient people have become.

While Activision started reverting people’s levels in Black Ops 2, it now appears that someone else is resetting everyone back to level 1. His name is reportedly “Sony’s nightmare.” If you encounter an error stating that your stats have been reset, close the app. Credit @hitzyy

I’ll be back later tonight / tomorrow to fix people’s accounts on Black Ops 2. I had to take the last 2 days off because innocent players were falsely banned. I didn’t want to risk reverting someone’s account just for them to get a false ban. I apologize for the inconvenience.

It appears that anyone who was given an unattainable prestige in Black Ops 2 may have been level-reverted to prestige 10, level 55. If you haven’t been reverted yet, just wait, as it seems like it’s being done in a wave right now. How do you feel about this?

How do you all feel about this? If you were affected and had your prestige put to an unobtainable prestige, and then reverted to being a prestige master, This seems unfortunate for camo grinders or people who simply want to grind the game but were affected by this change.

Activision needs to start taking action more properly. It’s absurd that innocent players are being falsely banned in Black Ops 2, yet individuals like “c isn’t sharp” and “YEET YEET” are continuing to brick people’s accounts.

Backend security updates for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 on PS5 and PS4 have been released to address match security Activision says players will see a ban notice when their account data has been restored. If you restart and reconnect, you’re account will be back.

If you're unable to reconnect, your account has been identified for enforcement based on evidence of intentionally obtaining unauthorized Prestige levels or other violations of our Terms of Service, including account manipulation.
