Web23事 YouTube link: youtube.com/@web234tv?si=Rv4… Instagram: instagram.com/web234.tv?igsh… Especially thanks to @0x515151 同志负责运营频道

Just received this message when I wanna trade on Dexless🥹 I always wanted to become a better trader. I spent time learning, watching videos, trying different strategies… but I still found myself making the same emotional mistakes. That’s one of the reasons our team and I started building @DexlessEx Instead of giving traders more indicators, we’re building an AI that helps you understand your own trading behavior—your emotions, discipline, position sizing, and habits. The goal isn’t just to help you trade more. It’s to help you trade better. We’re currently testing our AI Brain Brief (👇), and I’d genuinely love feedback from traders. Let me know if you are interested to check it out

When I first entered crypto, it was difficult to imagine Taiwan traditional financial institutions seriously discussing crypto investment products. Today, at @RadianceVntr , we’re currently working with licensed financial partners and global strategy providers to explore bringing crypto investment strategies to the Taiwan market. Grateful to witness this evolution firsthand, and excited for what comes next.

Day 3 — Why I started thinking seriously about trading Over the past years, I spent a lot of time talking to people in Web3. Founders. Traders. Operators. Those conversations started as content. But over time, they became something else — a way to observe patterns. — One thing became very clear: We have more tools than ever in this market. Better execution. Faster infrastructure. More data. But despite all of that, most people are not actually getting better. — Especially in trading. People improve their setup. They improve their speed. But their decision-making? Not by much. — I kept hearing similar stories: Overtrading. Emotional entries. Inconsistent strategies. Even from people who had access to the best tools. So I started asking a different question: What if the problem isn’t tools? What if the real bottleneck is behavior? — That question stuck with me. Because if that’s true, then most of what we’re building in this space is only solving half the problem. — That’s when @DexlessEx started to take shape. Not as “another trading platform.” But as an attempt to rethink what a trading system should actually do. Instead of only optimizing for execution, can we help users understand their own behavior? Can we help them improve over time? — I don’t think this is an easy problem. And I don’t think there’s a clean answer yet. But it feels like the right problem to work on. So we’re starting there. Still early. Still figuring it out. But this is the direction.

Day 2 — What I’m actually navigating right now Yesterday I wrote about continuing to build at 36 weeks. Today feels more accurate to talk about the other side of it. Because the decision to keep going is actually the easy part. Living with that decision is different. — There are very real constraints right now. Energy is limited. Sleep is inconsistent. Even simple things take more effort than usual. And unlike work, this is not something you can push through by willpower alone. So the question I keep coming back to is: How do you continue building when your capacity is clearly changing? — I don’t think the answer is “just work harder.” If anything, this phase is forcing the opposite. To be more selective. More precise. More honest about what actually matters. There are things I’ve stopped doing. Things I’ve deprioritized without hesitation. And that hasn’t slowed things down — it’s made the signal clearer. — Another thing I’ve been thinking about: In building, we often assume more time = better outcomes. But recently, I’m starting to question that. When time is limited, you stop defaulting to comfort. You make decisions faster. You focus on what moves things forward. Not everything improves under pressure. But clarity often does. — That doesn’t mean there’s no doubt. There are moments where I wonder if this is the right way to approach this phase. Whether I should be more conservative. Whether I’m underestimating what’s coming. — But so far, the conclusion I keep arriving at is this: There is no version of this that is perfectly optimized. Only different trade-offs. And right now, I’m choosing to stay in motion. — Still building @DexlessEx Still refining what we’re actually trying to solve. Just with a different set of constraints. And maybe that’s not a disadvantage. Maybe it’s a filter.

Day 1 — Building Dexless at 36 weeks I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant, and still actively building @DexlessEx From the outside, this might seem like a phase where things should slow down. But for me, it has led to a very different realization: A lot of the limits we assume in life are not real constraints — they are decisions we make, often unconsciously. — I’ve been in crypto for almost 8 years. Looking back, I didn’t enter this space with a clear thesis. I was curious, energetic, and willing to explore. Over time, what shaped me wasn’t just the market cycles — but the need to constantly rethink how I see things. There were periods where I had to step back, question my assumptions, and rebuild my thinking from scratch. That process of continuous “rewiring” has probably been more important than any specific outcome. — Last year, I made a more deliberate shift. I started doing a series of interviews — what I called “Web234”. The goal was simple: to understand how different builders and traders actually think. Not just what they build, but how they make decisions under uncertainty. What I didn’t expect was how much that process would change me. Patterns started to emerge: There are many tools in this market. But very few systems that actually help people improve. Especially in trading. Execution is becoming more efficient. But decision-making is still largely driven by emotion. — That observation led to Dexless. The idea wasn’t just to build another trading platform, but to rethink what a trading system should do. Instead of optimizing for speed or access alone, can we design a system that helps users become better over time? That question is still something we’re actively working through. — At the same time, I was building Radiance Ventures. Then I found out I was pregnant. This introduced a very practical constraint: time and energy. So the decision became straightforward: Do I pause and wait for a “better” moment? Or do I continue building within the current reality? I chose the latter. Not because it’s the easier path, but because, based on how I’ve operated over the years, there is rarely a perfect time to do anything meaningful. — A month ago, we won 1st place at the Solana Vibecoding hackathon. More recently, we’ve started to see new signals of momentum. Things are beginning to move again. — With about a month left before delivery, I realized something else: I’ve had many ideas, conversations, and insights along the way — but I haven’t built a habit of sharing them. So for the next 30 days, I’m going to change that. I’ll be documenting: – what we’re building with Dexless – how my thinking evolves – and what it actually looks like to operate in this phase of life This is less about telling a polished story, and more about making the process visible. Let’s see where this goes.

We keep talking about AI and crypto as infra wars But Base and Apple are quietly making the same bet: customer ownership > compute ownership. Anyone can rent GPUs. Anyone can fork protocols. Not everyone can own the endpoint or the user relationship. 2026 is the year this gap starts to show🔥🐎
> 2026 is a year of focusing on our customers Listen to Jesse explain how we're zeroing in with builders this year:

In Taiwan, there’s a temple nicknamed “God’s Bank.” Here’s how it works: People come to the temple to “borrow money” symbolically for business or life. If things go well, they come back later and repay more as gratitude. Last year: – About $130M USD was “borrowed” – About $230M USD was returned That’s a $100M+ net inflow — purely voluntary. On Lunar New Year’s Day alone, 100,000+ people lined up. Some waited hours just to repay. No contracts. No enforcement. No interest rate. Only belief, reputation, and social trust. This isn’t about religion. It’s about how collective belief creates liquidity. If Web3 wants mass adoption, it needs to understand this: Markets run on psychology long before they run on code. 🧧

This is why I’m extremely bullish on what I’m building at @DexlessEx Decentralization is the foundation of Web3, and the agent economy is its future.
