What the whiners and screamers, mostly Republican, don’t tell you is that every step of voting process has Rep and Dem observers involved. Watching. Participating. But let’s keep the fraud lie going. 🙄

Thank you @mayorcoreywoods for being a leader in this housing crisis that we’re in. I hope other cities follow in your footsteps. @MayorGiles @JenDuff4Mesa In Mesa, we (The taxpayers) own so much land that we can do this without having to buy new properties. Let’s do this!

We're sad to see @ADonovanLISC leave LISC but excited for her to join one of our longstanding local partners, @RazaFund.

I'll be transitioning this summer to President and CEO of @RazaFund, replacing the legendary Tommy Espinoza upon his retirement. Continue to follow my #commdev journey via this Twitter account. Thanks!

“For me, the campaign is personal,” says AZ conservative Emily Romney Sanchez, whose family had COVID and “friends have died.” “For [POTUS to dismiss COVID] as no big deal or… it’s more than offensive. It enrages me,” says her husband. cbsn.ws/35SkK4J

One of the reasons industries are so short on cash right now is that they have spent billions buying back their own stocks instead of investing in their workers and saving for a rainy day. That needs to be addressed NOW.

Americans urgently need cash to meet immediate needs, that’s been my goal from the start. The current bill has promise but it shouldn’t give lower earners smaller checks —that’s directly contrary to my proposal. We need to fix this to ensure lower earners get equal payments.

Not only do arterial, local streets designed for speed cause more fatal crashes, they are also bad for local small businesses - ask yourself where your favorite local businesses are - they’re not on 45 mph “local” streets! @SmartGrowthUSA @StrongTowns @completestreets
Let’s talk about our second guiding principle for transportation investment: Design for safety, not speed. t4america.org/platform 1/10
