Keep showing up and you'll already separate yourself from most people. Keep learning while everyone else gets comfortable and you'll create another gap. Then stay in the game long enough to let all that effort compound. You don't need to be the smartest person in the room. You need to be consistent enough to keep improving while everyone else gets distracted, discouraged or quits. Time has a way of rewarding the people who refuse to disappear.
