Autistic Bunrout can affect speech, everyday tasks and how much sensory input you can tolerate, alongside PROFOUND exhaustion.
Calling all of that “being tired” totally misses the point of why someone can desperately WANT to do something and still be UNABLE to DO it.

there is a lot of talk about autistic self-advocacy and it's crucial without a doubt.
and having allies is hugely important as well.
not to speak over us, not to dictate to us - but to support us
