W/flash floods in towns/cities: 1000s of rats drown or die hypothermia ( non-mobil pups). Some adults swim/run/climb to high ground. Public rat complaints drop few months. Rats then rebound fast to orig. numbers (6-12 months) b/c Sapien’s garbage habits remain the same.🐀⛈️📈😬
