GW9 points update ā³ The biggest surprise for me has to be Brighton keeping a clean sheet against Man City at the Etihad. Didn’t see that coming! Two players still to go. Now I’m just hoping Newcastle vs Everton ends 0-0 šŸ˜‚ Nothing fancy. Just two more clean sheets point, please🫔 #fpl #FPLCommunity

Early my GW10 Draft šŸ”“ GW9 still has one game left — Everton vs Newcastle — but I don’t expect any major changes to this draft. My defenders saved my GW8. A solid defensive performance kept me on the green arrow. Huge thanks for those points 🫔 Transfer saved. No unnecessary moves. Going with a five-at-the-back formation. Call it parking the bus if you want šŸ˜‚ The reason is simple: my defensive points have been far more consistent than my midfield and attacking returns so far. And this isn’t just about clean sheets. Calafiori, De Cuyper, Bogle and Tarkowski all offer some attacking potential too. Sometimes, you just have to trust the numbers and stick with what has been working #FPLCommunity #fpl

Declan Rice has almost everything you want in a midfielder. Incredible stamina, defensive awareness, positioning and those crucial blocks. The only missing piece is his passing range, vision and ability to break defensive lines, especially during counter-attacks. If he masters that, he could become the best midfielder in the world. #Arsenal #COYG

25 minutes at Anfield. Timber still looks far from his best form last season. There’s too much space to exploit down Arsenal’s right flank. Despite that, Arsenal look solid defensively and dangerous going forward. 1-0 up. Once Saliba returns, could Konsa be an option at RB if Timber doesn’t improve? Ben White isn’t always convincing defensively either. #Arsenal #LFCARS

Early transfer: Hall āž”ļø De Cuyper. I think I made a mistake by not trusting De Cuyper earlier. Brighton look seriously solid. Their football is convincing, their structure is impressive, and they might have what it takes to challenge near the top of the table this season. Sometimes the best FPL move is simply admitting you got it wrong 🄹 #FPL #FPLCommunity

GW9 draft locked. šŸ”’ FPL is a marathon, not a sprint. No need to panic. Calm down and let your players do their job. Give them time to deliver the points. Don’t overthink every decision. Don’t chase every small swing. And certainly don’t take unnecessary hits just because you’re feeling uncomfortable with your team. Sometimes, the best transfer is no transfer. Trust your picks. Stay calm. Let the game unfold. šŸ§˜ā€ā™‚ļø #FPL #fplcommunity

Watching Arsenal at half-time is making me rethink my next moves. Arsenal’s defensive assets still look more appealing than their attackers. The attack feels blunt, the goals are spread around, and predicting who will haul is becoming a lottery. I’m seriously considering using both free transfers to move from Saka to Manzambi and Wissa to Isak. Isak is expensive, but I’m tempted by the idea of backing him as a potential focal point in Iraola’s attack. If he gets the role and service to match, the upside could justify the price. Two transfers, a different balance. Still thinking it through, but Arsenal’s attacking output isn’t exactly convincing me to hold. #FPL #COYG

Arsenal are the final piece of my GW7 puzzle. One last match to see how far my rank can climb this Gameweek. Can’t say I’m particularly satisfied so far. The points left on my bench weren’t exactly massive, but my starting XI hasn’t delivered much confidence either. Now it’s down to Arsenal. Let’s see where we finish. 😬 COME ON YOU GUNNERS! šŸ”“āšŖļø #COYG #Arsenal #FPL

Brighton 5-0 Palace. Absolutely ridiculous. 🤯 17 shots. 9 on target. 55% possession. Brighton have been ruthless, scoring five while restricting Palace to just one shot on target. The FPL dilemma is ownership. Do we triple up while Brighton are flying, or hold off with Liverpool and Man City coming next? #FPLCommunity #fpl

Newcastle assets are turning into the same shit as Fulham assets. Green fixtures, big expectations, disappointing returns. And now everyone’s chasing City assets against Ipswich, only to get hit by heavy rotation and zero-pointers everywhere. We keep moving money around, chasing the next green fixture, swapping one disappointment for another. All that activity just to end up with nothing. Maybe it’s time to stop buying fixtures and start trusting actual player performance #FPL #FPLCommunity

Brighton look ridiculously good right now. But with Liverpool and Man City coming up, is it time to triple up, or should we wait until the fixtures turn green again? Are we buying the players or chasing the results? Tempting either way šŸ‘€ #FPLCommunity #fpl

Aston Villa look like they’re finally finding their rhythm despite losing several key players. Meanwhile, Manzambi has been quietly putting together some convincing individual performances. King gets one final audition against Coventry next Gameweek. After that, I might finally make the move to Manzambi. One last chance, King. Don’t waste it. šŸ‘€ #FPL #FPLCommunity

Fulham might be the biggest FPL scam of the season. GarcĆa: 3.00 xG, one goal. King: two goals from 1.54 xG, yet just 2.0 form. Green fixtures. Disappointing returns. And Newcastle? Another team with green fixtures, yet their assets have hardly justified the hype. They play later this Gameweek, so the verdict is still out. Stop buying the fixture. Start judging the player. Individual performance over fixture difficulty. #FPL #FPLCommunity

FPL is shit. A few minutes ago, recommending João Pedro and Rogers felt like a masterstroke. Then reality hit. King delivered nothing. Schade came on, ironically, after Brentford had already been reduced to 10 men. And just like that, what felt like a brilliant thought process became a complete waste of brainpower. Football is chaos. FPL just makes you pay for trying to understand it #fpl #FPLCommunity

90’ | PEDRO NETO. THE FPL NIGHTMARE NOBODY ORDERED. šŸ’€ šŸ”µ Everton 0–2 Chelsea šŸ”µ Pedro Neto has struck twice, and Everton’s resistance is on the brink of collapse. Not Palmer, JoĆ£o Pedro or Rogers. The Chelsea assets many FPL managers backed haven’t delivered the kind of returns they were hoping for, while Neto has stolen the show. For Tarkowski owners, the clean sheet is gone. For Chelsea triple-ups, this isn’t exactly the collective haul they came for either. Eleven minutes of added time. Eleven more minutes of suffering. #FPL #EVECHE
