Every single MAGA post on my feed tonight is either defending a gross insult, attacking someone’s race or religion, or pushing blatant fake news.
Literally zero policy.
No ideas.
No solutions.
Just pure noise from an empty tank.

Very powerful. An Iowa farmer explains, on Fox News, that he will be voting Democrat in the midterms, because his veteran father "would be rolling in his grave" at the sight of the USA buying russian diesel, whilst Ukrainians are fighting for freedom.

Your weekend reminder that Nigel Farage wants to
- leave the ECHR
- repeal the Equality Act
- Strip back workers rights
- Lift restrictions on exploitative zero-hours contracts
- repeal the Renters’ Rights Act which abolishes “no fault evictions”
He is not on your side
Nigel Farage and Reform UK want to
- leave the European Convention on Human Rights which protects our right to protest, our right to privacy, our right to fair trials and so much more
- repeal the Equality Act - a key piece of legislation that prevents against discrimination in Britain
- Strip back workers rights
- Lift restrictions on exploitative zero-hours contracts and Legalize "fire and rehire" tactics
- repeal the Renters’ Rights Act which abolishes “no fault evictions” that allow landlords to remove tenants without giving a reason and introduces new duties over health hazards
and to sell all this to the country Farage offers nothing in return but grievance and division. PLEASE DON’T FALL FOR IT.
That anyone could be supporting Farage and Reform with these policies must surely be a damning indictment of UK media in failing to explain all this to the public

Why does Farage always just lie about things that can quickly get disproven
He’s like trump in so many ways
But it doesn’t work in the uk Nigel

This week, Shadow Chancellor (stop laughing) Robert Jenrick unveiled our latest sack of mad ideas to a near empty room. Please spare a few minutes to read my unflinching account of the occasion in Nigel's Norebook:

"They've promised to cut... the welfare bill, but the unfortunate truth is, Reform voters are more likely to be on benefits."
Lara Brown of the Spectator says Robert Jenrick and Reform UK have a "serious problem" with their plan to cut benefits.

Nigel Farage knows he will never be PM! I have always said he will never be PM!
I am in absolutely no doubt of that!
It is just about how much money they can make from their suckers and how long they can keep the grift going!
Alastair Campbell - They can sit there … the people who gave us Brexit and now they want to give you another set of false promises.
Don not fall for them because they are a bunch of conmen, they are being found out & one reason why Nigel Farage will never be PM.

Peter Mandelson was correctly removed from the Privy Council for bringing it 'into disrepute'.
The same action must now be taken against Matt Hancock, responsible for the generational slaughter in care homes during the pandemic.

Daisy Cooper, "Nigel Farage basically decided that he couldn't be arsed to sit in the chamber and listen to the Chancellor's speech"
"And instead chose to go and do a press conference so he could get onto the airways"
"During the state opening of parliament, my understanding is that he physically shoved one of our female MPs out of the way"
"One of our male MPs challenged him on that"
"It's Nigel Farage wants to make stuff up, that's up to him"
My view:
Farage skipped a major parliamentary speech to hold a press conference and get on air—a show of contempt for the chamber and the people elected to do its work.
Then, according to Daisy Cooper, he misrepresented what happened when MPs challenged his conduct at the State Opening.
That is Cooper’s point: Farage can invent his own version of events, but those who were there can tell the public what they say actually happened.
Parliament deserves more respect than to be treated as an inconvenience when it is doing its job and a stage when the cameras are on.

I have heard it from far better people than you and they were wrong too. What I enjoyed was seeing you running away from an argument about Brexit because you would rather talk about anything else. And I loved the smile being wiped from your face when the young woman tore apart your net zero BS. You’ve not nice suits and nice shoes but you’ve got
more chance captaining the Sri Lankan cricket team than you have of becoming Home Secretary.

Brexit was like walking out of your home for good on a warm, sunny day with no coat, no food and no supplies because you assumed the weather would never change.
Then the storms came: Covid, Ukraine, Iran/Hormuz, climate extremes
A decade later, Britain has discovered what happens when a country strips away its resilience.
🔥 The IFS says the 2020s are on course to be the worst decade for household income growth since records began in 1950.
Typical working-age household incomes are forecast to FALL by another £1,050 by 2028-29.
Britain cannot rebate its way out of this.

Nice to see some truth about Brexit on the BBC. @campbellclaret saying what do many in politics are afraid of saying, the British people are poorer as a direct result of Brexit. They were conned and are still being conned by Farage and Reform.
Here’s the @bbcquestiontime clip that triggered the @reformparty_uk “let’s talk about anything but Brexit can we?” approach to debate … even its architects know it has screwed our economy
