Back when I was running my computer repair shop, the question that drove me crazy every single day was: “Hey, is it finished yet?” 😩
I’d be deep in a laptop teardown, diagnostics running, parts on backorder, and my phone wouldn’t stop blowing up with customers chasing updates.
It stressed me out, stressed them out, and killed my productivity.
So I built FixyFlow.
Now customers just open their phone and see exactly where their repair is in real time — diagnostics, parts status, ready-for-pickup — plus they get friendly automatic texts when something updates.
No more chasing.
It’s been a total game changer. Fewer angry calls, way less phone tag, happier customers, and increased reviews.
Whether you run a computer repair shop, phone repair, auto repair, plumbing, cleaning, HVAC — or any service business — this solves the same headache.
If you’re tired of the constant “is it done yet?” cycle, come try it. I made it free to start because I’ve been exactly where you are.

Fixyflow has its first paying customer - $25 MRR
Didn’t think it would be this hard to get here, but a big milestone indeed!
Let’s gooooooooooooo
I had Mythos/Fable do a security audit of fixyflow before Fable was withdrawn. It found 2 small/non critical vulnerabilities.
To me that told me that the security audits and builds I had done before with opus was pretty damn good.
No one is real anymore and it’s not just AI.
Here’s one of them - but not entirely the point.
There’s so many hi hahah, so exciting type meme characters every single place I look for someone with a smidge of personality- but em dash- Claude etc - gets in the way.
Hope you all drown in 0s and 1s or maybe become interesting one day

“AI generated content will get you de-indexed”
“Vibe coded apps don’t work”
Yeah sure - cope more… maybe you don’t know what you’re doing

Cool, but I prefer optimization competitions where you own the company rather than work for it.

Just got my gm invite. One key for Claude, GPT, Gemini, routed through a hardware TEE so prompts stay private. Waitlist: saygm.com/?ref=a205d67638cc3…
1) Most phone repair shops think they're losing to Apple or Best Buy. The data says they're losing to the shop down the street that finishes in under 24 hours and sends a text when it's ready.
5) If I ran a 2-5 tech shop right now, I'd be tracking three operational numbers more closely than my labour rate. The article gets into which three and why.
Wrote it up properly on the FixyFlow blog - pulls the Gitnux industry data and tries to reframe what the competitive threat actually is in 2026. Link below if you want the full read 🐟

Along with each job - as long as you attach 2 photos, FixyFlow auto-generates a nice before/after collage, with a 1 click "share-to-social media" button.
This massively reduces friction and allows cleaners, detailers, landscapers ++ to get more customers do marketing for them.
The alternative is to send 2 pictures to the customer, asking them to stitch them together manually, and yeah no-one's ever doing that.....

Fixyflow is saving my 1 signup anywhere between $1000-$6000 this year on reduced status calls alone.
